Revised Winter Schedules |

With school canceled the past 3 days, we've had a number of changes to Winter Season athletic events. Attached is the most recent schedule.
If you can, come out and support our wrestlers tomorrow night (Thursday, 2/4) as they battle Cary HS for the regular season Conference Championship. Varsity matches start at 7pm. $5.

Running Log |

As part of your offseason/winter track training, you will need to complete the attached running log and turn into Coach Stump weekly. It is important that you run 5 days a week and do not take 2 consecutive days off. You should also implement core training (i.e. - sit ups, push-ups, etc) into your daily workouts. If you have any questions stop by any of the coaches' rooms.

Summer Training-July6th-12th |

Morning practices will continue Monday- Thursday at Panther Creek from 6:30-7:30. We will only have 1 scheduled evening run at White Oak Church parking area at 6:30 p. m. We have had a good first week of training. We had 32 people attend at least 1 run. That is a good start. Summer training is very important to having a successful season. We still have 2 spots for any girls who would like to attend the team camp at Appalachian State on July 19th-23rd. Please contact Coach Jenkins if you are interested in attending camp.

Summer running |

We will start optional summer running on monday June 29th. We will offer a morning and evening run Monday through Thursday. We will meet at 6:30 a.m. at Panther Creek Stadium and 6:30 p.m. at the White Oak church parking area at the American Tobacco trail. All runners need to have a current physical on file with the school or bring updated forms to practice. We will update information on summer camp and other summer activities as they become available. Please contact Coach Jenkins with any questions. Be sure to bring water to each practice. Hydration is essential to proper training.
