The tryout for goalies was too close to call in 2 days. All goalies trying out have made at least JV. All goalies are to report to Varsity practices. Kate is officially on the Varsity Team.

Players,
The attachment (word document) contains a personal workout plan to ensure you are in shape for tryouts. DO NOT WAIT for tryouts to begin getting into shape. Now is the time! I suggest working out with a partner to stay mutually accountable and to encourage each other to work hard. Fitness is a crucial aspect of making the team! There is no substitute for fitness!
Get in shape!
