New Physical Form for the upcoming season |

Attention Apex Swimmers and Divers. This coming up season (2010-2011)there will be a new physical form that the school will be using. For this reason, we are posting it now, so that when you get your physical done for the upcoming season you can use the new physical form (see attachment.) If you have any questions concerning the new form please see Coach Kane in POD-C.
