Coach Clemons spoke about the heart and determination of his young varsity team. He commended all the players for their hard work. He congratulated them on a very successful season, especially after graduating so many players from last year’s team. Several awards were handed out:
Hurley Cannady – Outstanding Freshman of the Year
Mike King – Coach’s Award
Rahim Jenkins – Most Valuable Player
